Welcome to Kanâ:takon School's Homepage. Kanâ:takon School is a K4 to Grade 6 school located in St. Regis, Quebec, Canada. We have a school population of 158 students. We are one of three schools in the Ahkwesâhsne Mohawk Board of Education. The students at Kanâ:takon School participate in a wide variety of activities and sports ranging from lacrosse to curling. We live very close to the borders of Quebec and Ontario and of Canada and The United States. This allows our students the opportunity of visitng some very unique places. Our school is a beautiful brick building that features skylights, a large gymnasium, kitchen, library, and playground. The Ahkwesâhsne Mohawk Board of Education shares the same building with the students of Kanâ:takon School.
