NEW PROGRAMS!! BREAK
BREAD IN THE MORNING: A
study group for teens and adults using the Bible Quest - Adult curriculum.
Every Sunday morning at 8:00, we will meet for an hour to share some
breakfast and the stories of the Bible. Starting
September 9th. BEREAVEMENT
SUPPORT GROUP: This
is an open group which will meet with Rev. Michael on the first and third
Thursday evening of each month, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Starting September 6th. WELCOME! A group for newcomers to the Church. This program will provide a place to meet new friends, begin to share your own faith journey, and learn to care for one another in a non-threatening way. It will meet with Rev. Kate on the first and third Thursday of September, October and November, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CONTINUING PROGRAMS SUNDAY SCHOOL: For children, newborn to high school graduation. Every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. A welcome back service will be held September 9th with registration and introductions. CHOIRS:
Junior Choir meets Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. starting
September
13th. Senior Choir meets Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. starting Sept. 6th Bell
Choir meets Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. starting Sept. 12th BIBLE STUDY: An open-to-everyone group meeting Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. UCW (FOR ALL UNITED CHURCH WOMEN) meet at various times. General meetings on the third Tuesday of the month. CLASSES FOR MEMBERSHIP will be held as needed. Speak to Rev. Kate if you are interested. YOUTH GROUP for Grade 7 and up, meets Friday evenings, starting September 14th, from 7-9 p.m. SCOUTING Beavers, age 5-7 Mondays, 6:30 p.m. Cubs, age 8-10, Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. |
