Jim shown here at his computer is the former President of Dominion Tape of Canada Ltd. He has a long and varied career as an Accountant, System and Procedures analyst, Internal Auditor, Controller and Financial Vice-president.

Jim is not as active as he once was as he has a number of medical complications such as heart valve disease, emphysema and mild diabetes which precludes much physical exercise. He tries to keep his mind active though. Jim turned 79 years old on April 4, 2000. |
Jim exercises in the summer by riding his bicycle but decided he needed some assistance on the hills and grades. He bought a bikit which is shown here on his bike. |

| The bikit has two 180 watt motors that only come on when a sensor on the pedal determines that pedaling is slowing down but it can be activated by a turbo button to assist with steep grades. |
