Outreach Program; Located on Cornwall Island, ON Tel: 936-0760 Fax: Presently the outreach program has just recently started a Friendship Circle, which is held once a month to inform natives living in Cornwall of the Health Services avaiable to them. The mission statement: Helping each other to bridge the gap between different native members living in Cornwall and learn more about the health resources available. Each month a meeting is heald, where guest speakers from each program share their knowledge and expertese. Duties Include: Informing native members living in the Cornwall and surrounding areas, and Ahkwesahsne of our health services. Networks with other programs, with the Department of Social Development and Health. Encourages access to utilize the services offered in Kanonhkwa'tsheri:io.
