What Is The FSNA ?
Federal Superannuates National Association (FSNA)... representing retirees and their spouses from the Public Service of Canada, the Canadian Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
The Federal Superannuates National Association is the largest and most active association of federal retirees. With over a 100,000 members, its advice and opinions on seniors' issues are sought by decision-makers.
The Issues
Today, the Government is considering major reforms to our social programs. When it comes to changes to the Superannuation Acts and to the Public Service Health Care Plan, FSNA ensures that the viewpoints of its members and all superannuates is put forward. FSNA also monitors proposed changes to the Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security and Medicare as well as to provincial programs to ensure seniors are treated fairly.
