  • improvements to the proposed Seniors Benefit
  • maintenance of adequate and affordable health car protection
  • immediate indexed pensions for all retired Canadian Forces and RCMP annuitants
  • a survivor's allowance to all spouses, regardless of the date of marriage, with no reduction in the retiree's pension payment
  • creation of a public service pension management board with retirees represented by FSNA
