Field Lacrosse is a game played outside on a field about the size of a football field. Many high schools in our area play this game and it is popular across the eastern United States at the college level. We have many people from our community who play field lacrosse at the college level.
Our school started a team three years ago for our grade seven and eight students. We play against 5 other schools in May and June. This year, we had our biggest and best team and finished with a record of 3 - 2 and 1. We had over 30 boys and girls on our team this year and we should have a good team next year also. We will be loosing three of our best players: Jess Thompson, Ryan Oakes, and goalie Ryan Sharrow.
Mr. George is our Coach and he did a great job working with our students.
