Indoor soccer can be played by any age. In Cornwall, the '96 season saw a youth league competitively struggle for popularity and interest. However they could not register the same number of players as the men's and women's league.
If you were to watch a men's or women's game, you would probably think that it's pretty rough, but that's part of the game. Now with the youth league, they can be brought into the game without using the same level of aggressiveness. Although being aggressive is good, being a goon isn't. The game should be fun and when people start breaking limbs and getting other severe injuries, the game doesn't seem too fun anymore.
If young players can develop the right skills to be aware of aggressivness, they will be much more enjoyable to watch when the grow into the men and women's league.
