Six consecutive seminars designed to offer the knowledge and skills needed to better understand and cope with lung disease.

A support group of individuals and family members directly affected by respiratory disease.

EXERCISE FACILITY/CORNWALL

Offering an opportunity to participate in a monitors physical activity program using treadmill and aerodyne exercise equipment.

AIR FORCE PROGRAM

An educational program designed for asthmatic children ages 6-12 yrs. and their parents.

LUNGS ARE FOR LIFE PROGRAM

A teaching package on respiratory health and smoking prevention for students.

GET ON TRACK

A self-help smoking cessation program geared to the individual.

ASTHMA  ALERT

Information package for parents, teachers and other caregivers.

HEALTH EDUCATION & INFORMATION

Numerous information pamphlets, videos, health educators and guests speakers available upon request.

SMOKING CESSATION

Public or workplace programs and seminars available.

C.A.N.DO

The Movements for clean air now.  An environmental program addressing the issues of indoor air pollution, offering information on how to make a difference in the air you breathe.

ASTHMA PROGRAMS

The AIR FORCE Asthma Programs is helping asthmatic children and their parents to better understanding, manage and cope with this debilitating disease.

SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Each day our many volunteers and staff can be found in classrooms throughout the province teaching children how to maintain healthy lungs.  Form kindergarten through to high school the Lungs Are For Life School Program includes educational components on the respiratory system and smoking prevention.

BETTER BREATHING PROGRAMS

Conducted in many communities, these programs provide educational sessions and social interaction for adults suffering from crippling lung disease.  Ask about the Breathe Easy Programs.

STOP SMOKING PROGRAMS

Stop Smoking programs such as Get on Track are offered by The Lung Association For the growing number of people who want to kick the deadly habit.
