Sponsored by the Kinsmen Club of Cornwall and administered by
the city of Cornwall, Planning and Recreation Services Department. The
Kinsmen Music Day Camp program will be held in three summer sessions for
youth ages 6 to 17.
This day camp will offer an
enjoyable program of training and skills development in the areas of
VOCAL/CHORAL, INSTRUMENTAL and MUSICAL THEATRE. Each area of study
will incorporate all levels, from beginners to advanced. The Music
Day Camp will also include some organized recreational activities, special
events and much more.
Session I July 7 to July 18, 1997
Session II July 21 to August 1, 1997
Session III August 5 to August 15, 1997
The program will
be held at the Civic Complex from 9:00am to 4:15pm (note: drop off
time between 8:30 & 9:00am and pick up time between 4:15 & 4:30pm)
The cost per each two week session is $85.00 per
participant.
Registration
takes place, in person, at the Kinsmen Municipal Centre (412 5th Street
East) starting May 26th from 8:30am to 10:00pm (Monday through Friday), 8:30am
to 8:00pm (Saturday), and 9:30am to 4:00pm (Sunday). Registration
is ongoing until sessions are filled (limited enrollment - don't wait to
register). (NOTE: for instrumental study participant must have own
instrument)
