The Baldwin House offers an Outreach Program. The Outreach Program is a non-residential service mandated to reach women sixteen (16) years and older, living in Cornwall and the Three United Counties, who are in or have been in an abusive situation. The program serves women who suffer from physical, psychological, emotional, sexual and economical abuse.
The Outreach Program offers direct, supportive counselling Monday to Friday. Also offered is a 24 hour service at Maison Baldwin House for crisis intervention. Emergency assistance may be reached at Maison Baldwin House: 938-2958 or 1-800-267-1744.
